Lawyer – University of Guayaquil. LL.M. in International Maritime Law from the World Maritime University (WMU), with a focus on the four pillars of maritime law. Holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Maritime Law. Fluent in English. Coordinator of Intellectual Property Law. He has experience in handling maritime claims, including collisions, vessel arrests, detentions, oil spills, cargo loss, personal injury, and dispute resolution. He has participated in the P&I Correspondents Conference in Amsterdam, the Intellectual Property Seminar in Qingdao, China, and WMU Maritime Week 2025.
