Jessica Cisneros

General Director and Manager at Villagrán Lara. Fluent in English. Lawyer from the University of Guayaquil. Specialist in Constitutional Law (UEES). Holds an LL.M. in Constitutional Law and an LL.M. in Environmental Law from Espíritu Santo University (UEES). Expert in immigration, environmental and corporate law. As head of these practice areas within the firm, she has advised both local and international companies involved in projects of national significance. She previously served as Assistant Coordinator of the legal reform project in Guayaquil at the Law Modernisation Office, where she was recognised as a “Pioneer of Justice Modernisation.
